What services do you offer?
Acupuncture, therapeutic massage (deep tissue/pain relief, relaxation, hot stone, Tui Na techniques), cupping, Gua Sha, reflexology, foot bath detox, far infrared sauna, couples massage, signature/ultimate massage, and combo packages. How do I book an appointment?
You can book online at multitherapy.janeapp.com — choose your practitioner, treatment type, and time slot instantly. You can also call us at (778) 760-1868. Same-day and next-day appointments are often available.
What are your prices?
Acupuncture starts at $65 for a 30-minute follow-up. Massage ranges from $60 (30 min deep tissue) to $170 (120 min relaxation). Reflexology starts at $50. Foot bath detox is $25. Full pricing is visible on our online booking page.
Do you accept insurance?
We provide receipts that you can submit to your extended health plan. Many plans cover acupuncture and massage therapy — please check with your provider for coverage details.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete a brief intake form. Your first session includes a health assessment, discussion of your concerns, and a personalized treatment plan. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows access to treatment areas. For acupuncture, the initial consultation includes your first treatment — plan for about 60 to 90 minutes.
Is acupuncture painful?
Most people feel little to no discomfort. Acupuncture uses extremely thin, sterile needles — much finer than those used for injections or blood draws. Patients often report feeling a mild tingling, warmth, or heaviness at the needle site, which is normal. Many find the experience deeply relaxing and even fall asleep during treatment.
How many treatments will I need?
This depends on your condition, how long you've had it, and your overall health. Some patients feel relief after one session; others benefit from a series of treatments. Your practitioner will discuss a recommended treatment plan with you after your first visit. Acupuncture often works cumulatively — regular sessions typically produce better results.
How long are appointments?
Treatment lengths vary by service. Acupuncture is available in 30, 45, 60, and 90 minute sessions. Massage is available in 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions. Reflexology is 30, 45, or 60 minutes. See our online booking page for all available options.
Do you offer couples massage?
Yes, we offer couples massage in both relaxation and deep tissue styles, in 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions. Book online under the 'Couples Massage' category.
