Acupuncture in Kelowna
Registered acupuncture for pain relief, stress reduction, and holistic healing β delivered by licensed TCM practitioners at Multitherapy on Pandosy Street.
What Is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a core therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine that has been practiced for over 2,000 years. Ultra-fine, sterile, single-use needles are inserted at strategic points along the body's meridian pathways to restore the flow of Qi (vital energy), reduce inflammation, and stimulate the body's natural healing response.
At Multitherapy, our registered acupuncturists tailor every session to your specific condition. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from injury, managing stress, or seeking support for women's health concerns, your treatment plan is built around your body's needs β not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive consultation where your practitioner assesses your health history, current symptoms, and treatment goals. This is followed by your first acupuncture session. The needles are extremely thin β most patients feel little to no discomfort during insertion. Many people experience a deep sense of relaxation during treatment and notice improvements within 3β6 sessions, though some conditions respond more quickly.
Acupuncture is often combined with other TCM therapies β cupping, Gua Sha, or Tui Na massage β for enhanced results. Your practitioner will recommend the best combination for your condition at each visit.

What Our Patients Say
"I had my first deep tissue massage with Mrs. May Li today, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I 100% recommend her! She is incredibly professional, calm, and attentive throughout the entire session."
"Zoe is incredible! I had a deep tissue massage + foot reflexology package with her, and after just 4 sessions, my chronic neck and shoulder painβsomething I've dealt with for a long timeβhas significantly improved. Highly recommend!"
"Went in for a massage and reflexology today with Zoe Li and she was amazing. I have a lower back injury and really tight traps and she helped so much just with one session. She was professional, kind and the facility was calming and clean. Will definitely be back!"
"I can't express how grateful I am to have found Haley. Her skill, intuition, and expertise are exceptional! I've seen seven or eight different acupuncturists over the years, and she truly stands above them all. She's helped relieve pain I'd been carrying for years."
"Absolutely phenomenal. I was experiencing an acute shoulder flair up with a ton of chronic back pain. I have never felt better. Great, personable service from the moment I walked in."
"This was probably the best experience for a massage I've ever had. I have extremely tight muscles which cause so much pain I don't sleep for more than a few hours at a time. After one session I was sleeping through the night."
